万应胶囊与帕拉米韦联合使用对儿童流行性感冒中高热症状的影响

Effect of Wanying Capsule in Combination with Peramivir on Symptoms of Hyperthermia in Influenza in Children

目的:评价万应胶囊联合帕拉米韦治疗有中高热症状儿童流感的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取江西省儿童医院2022年1月至2022年11月共计72例有中高热症状流感患儿为研究对象,依据计算机生成随机数字表,按照就诊顺序对患儿进行随机分组,分A、B组各36例。A组患儿一般治疗+帕拉米韦抗病毒治疗。B组患儿在A组治疗的基础上联合口服万应胶囊治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗1天~3天分别观察和记录患儿的体温、症状总计分(TSS)和、血常规和C反应蛋白(CRP)以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗1天~3天后,B组的完全退热时间和退热起效时间显著短于A组(均P<0.05),B组TSS总计分降低更明显(P<0.05),B组咽痛中、重度患儿的比例明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后白细胞和中性粒细胞及CRP较治疗前均明显降低,且B组CRP水平较对照组降低明显(P<0.05)。治疗1天~3天后,B组的布洛芬日使用量和频次均少于A组(均P<0.05)。2组患儿均未出现不良事件,肝功能和肾功能化验室检查均未出现异常。结论:万应胶囊治疗有中高热症状小儿流感安全性佳,可减轻炎症反应,改善发热和咽喉肿痛等症状,缩短病程,万应胶囊口服联合帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液效果更显著。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wanying Capsules combined with peramivir in the treatment of influenza in children with moderate to high fever.Methods:A total of 72 children with moderate and high fever symptoms from January 2022 to November 2022 in Jiangxi Children’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and the children were randomly divided into 36 cases in group A and B according to the computer-generated random number table.General treatment for children in group A and peramivir antiviral therapy.Group B children were treated with oral Wanying Capsules in addition to group A treatment.Before treatment,observe and record the child’s temperature,total symptom score(TSS),blood routine and C-reactive protein(CRP),and the occurrence of adverse reactions for 1~3 days before treatment.Results:After 1~3 days of treatment,the complete antipyretic time and antipyretic onset time of group B were significantly shorter than those in group A(P<0.05),the total TSS score of group B decreased more significantly(P<0.05),the proportion of moderate and severe sore throat in group B was significantly reduced(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,leukocytes,neutrophils and CRP were significantly decreased after treatment,and CRP level in group B was significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).After 1~3 days of treatment,the daily use and frequency of ibuprofen in group B were less than those in group A(all P<0.05).There were no adverse events in the two groups,and there were no abnormalities in liver function and renal function laboratory examinations.Conclusion:Wanying Capsules have a good safety profile in the treatment of influenza in children with medium and high fever symptoms,which can reduce inflammation,improve symptoms such as fever and sore throat,and shorten the course of the disease,and the oral combination of universal capsules combined with paramivir sodium chloride injection is more effective.
