主动球囊反搏术联合介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者血清EMPs、H-FABp的影响

Effect of Active Balloon Counterpulsation Combined with Interventional Therapy on Serum EMPs,H-FABp and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析主动球囊反搏术联合介入治疗对急性心肌梗死患者血清EMPs、H-FABp及预后的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年2月本院收治的90例急性心肌梗死患者使用抽签法分为观察组和对照组(n=45),对照组采用经皮冠状动脉介入(PIC)治疗,观察组采用主动球囊反搏术(IABP)联合介入治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血流动力学指标、血清内皮微颗粒(EMPs)及心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率比对照组更高(91.11%VS 73.33%,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的心率低于对照组,舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清EMPs、H-FABP水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清EMPs、H-FABP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:主动球囊反搏术联合介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者效果显著,可以改善患者血流动力学指标,对患者预后较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of active balloon counterpulsation combined with interventional therapy on serum EMPs,H-FABp and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:Ninety patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were divided by lottery into observation group and control group(n=45).The control group received percutaneous coronary intervention(PIC),and the observation group received active balloon counterbeating(IABP)combined interventional therapy.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indices,serum endothelial microparticles(EMPs)and cardiac fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(91.11%VS 73.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate of observation group was lower than control group,and the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in serum EMPs and H-FABP levels between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum EMPs and H-FABP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Active balloon counterpulsation combined with interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction has significant effects,can improve the hemodynamic indexes of patients,the prognosis of patients is good,worthy of clinical application.
