穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗妊娠剧吐的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum with Acupoint Application Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing

目的:探讨妊娠剧吐患者应用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2023年3月我院收治的妊娠剧吐患者62例的临床资料,其中2021年1月—2021年12月采用常规补液治疗的31例患者作为对照组,2022年1月—2023年3月在常规补液治疗时再进行穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗的31例患者作为观察组。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、恶心呕吐严重程度、生活质量和住院时间。结果:相比于对照组,观察组临床总有效率较高,治疗后中医证候积分及妊娠恶心呕吐专用量表(PUQE)、妊娠恶心呕吐生活质量量表(NVPQOL)评分较低,住院时间较短(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠剧吐患者应用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗可减轻恶心呕吐程度,提升患者生活质量,缩短患者住院时间,效果确切,利于患者预后。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with ear point pressing therapy on patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 62 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023.Among them,31 patients who received routine fluid replacement therapy from January 2021 to December 2021 served as the control group,and 31 patients who received acupoint application combined with ear point pressing therapy during routine fluid replacement therapy from January 2022 to March 2023 served as the observation group.Compare the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,severity of nausea and vomiting,quality of life,and length of hospital stay between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall clinical effective rate,After treatment,with lower scores on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,pregnancy nausea and vomiting specific scale(PUQE),pregnancy nausea and vomiting quality of life scale(NVPQOL),and shorter hospital stay(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application combined with ear acupoint pressing therapy for patients with hyperemesis gravidarum can reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting,improve the patient’s quality of life,shorten the patient’s hospitalization time,and have a definite effect,which is beneficial for the patient’s prognosis.
