中医情志配合中医适宜技术在寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的价值

The Value of TCM Emotion Combined with TCM Appropriate Technology in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Cold-Dampness Impediment

目的:探究中医情志配合中医适宜技术在寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的价值。方法:收集我院中医骨伤科病区2020年10月—2021年10月接受非手术治疗的寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,据随机单盲法分组,观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组予以常规治疗与管理,观察组则予以基于对照组方案的中医情志配合中医适宜技术。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分(腰腿疼痛、肢体麻木、下肢放射痛、椎体旁压痛)及疼痛VAS评分、治疗改善率、治疗依从率。结果:治疗后两组中医证候积分与疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前下降,且治疗后观察组评分均低于对照组的(P<0.05)。观察组治疗改善率为96.67%,对照组治疗改善率为80.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率为96.67%,对照组治疗依从率为76.67%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者经过中医情志配合中医适宜技术治疗后,症状明显改善,疼痛减轻,且改善幅度极高,患者治疗依从率高,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the value of TCM emotion combined with TCM appropriate technology in the treatment of cold-dampness impediment type lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cold-wet impediment type lumbar disc herniation who received non-surgical treatment from October 2020 to October 2021 were collected and divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to random single-blind method.The control group was given conventional treatment and management,and the observation group was given appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine emotion combined with Chinese medicine based on the control group program.TCM syndrome scores(waist and leg pain,limb numbness,lower limb radiating pain,parvertebral tenderness),pain VAS score,treatment improvement rate and treatment compliance rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and pain VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 76.67%in the control group,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The symptoms of patients with cold-dampness obstructive lumbar disc herniation were significantly improved and the pain was alleviated after the treatment of Chinese medicine emotion combined with the appropriate technology of Chinese medicine,and the improvement rate was very high.
