吸食笑气中毒患者社会支持与情绪智力现状及相关性研究

Study on the Current Status and Correlation between Social Support and Emotional Intelligence in Patients with Laughing Gas Poisoning

目的:研究吸食笑气中毒患者社会支持与情绪智力现状及相关性。方法:选择2020年9月—2022年12月在九江学院附属医院就诊的70例吸食笑气中毒患者,采用笑气中毒患者基本情况调查表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、情绪智力量表(SSEIS)对患者进行调查,观察笑气中毒患者的社会支持与情绪智力水平现状,分析笑气中毒患者的社会支持与情绪智力的相关性。结果:70例吸食笑气中毒患者PSSS总分平均(36.84±3.02)分,SSEIS总分平均(120.96±11.02)分,均处于较低水平;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,吸食笑气中毒患者社会支持中的朋友支持、家庭支持、其他支持、PSSS总分与情绪智力中的情绪感知、情绪运用、个人情绪调控、他人情绪调控、SSEIS总分均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);21例PSSS评分≤36分,49例PSSS评分>36分,社会支持度低的占比为30.00%(21/70);社会支持度低的吸食笑气中毒患者SSEIS中情绪感知、情绪运用、个人情绪调控、他人情绪调控及总分均低于社会支持度高的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,SSEIS中情绪感知、情绪运用、个人情绪调控、他人情绪调控及总分是笑气中毒患者社会支持度的相关影响因素(OR>0,P<0.05)。结论:吸食笑气中毒患者社会支持度、情绪智力均处于较低水平,两者呈正相关,且社会支持度受情绪智力的影响。

Objective:To study the current status and correlation between social support and emotional intelligence in patients with laughing gas poisoning.Method:Seventy patients with nitrous oxide poisoning who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected.The patients were investigated with the basic information questionnaire of nitrous oxide poisoning patients,the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and the Emotional Intelligence Scale(SSEIS).The status quo of social support and emotional intelligence of patients with nitrous oxide poisoning was observed,and the correlation between social support and emotional intelligence of patients with nitrous oxide poisoning was analyzed.Result:The average total score of PSSS and SSEIS in 70 patients with laughing gas poisoning was(36.84±3.02)and(120.96±11.02),both of which were at a relatively low level;The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that there was a positive correlation(r>0,P<0.05)between friend support,family support,other support,PSSS total score in social support of patients with laughing gas poisoning and emotional perception,emotional use,personal emotional regulation,others’emotional regulation,SSEIS total score in emotional intelligence;21 cases with PSSS scores≤36 points,49 cases with PSSS scores>36 points,and the proportion of low social support is 30.00%(21/70);The SSEIS scores of patients with low social support for laughing gas poisoning in terms of emotional perception,emotional use,personal emotional regulation,and others’emotional regulation were lower than those of patients with high social support,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of logistic regression analysis showed that emotional perception,emotional utilization,personal emotional regulation,others’emotional regulation,and total score in SSEIS were related influencing factors of social support in patients with laughing gas poisoning(OR>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with laughing gas poisoning have lower levels of social support and emotional intelligence,which are positively correlated,and social support is influenced by emotional intelligence.
