“互联网+”背景下人文病房创新护理模式在医院老年病房中的应用

Application of Innovative Nursing Model of Humanistic Ward in Hospital Geriatric Ward Under the Background of“Internet+”

目的:探究“互联网+”背景下人文病房创新护理模式在医院老年病房中的应用。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年2月期间在珠海市人民医院医疗集团高新医院内科住院的老年患者60例,作为受试者对象,进行随机对照研究,并纳入21名护士。依据老年患者所在病房是否为人文关怀示范病房及“互联网+”情况,分为创新组(n=30例)与普通病房组(n=30例)。普通病房组实施传统护理服务,创新组实施“互联网+”背景下老年人文病房创新护理模式。比较两组护士满意度、患者满意度,科室护理质量评分,不良事件发生率。结果:创新组护士满意度、患者满意度均较普通病房组的高,而不良事件发生率较普通病房组的低(P<0.05);创新组科室护理质量的总分为(94.62±3.15)分,较普通病房组的(91.60±3.44)分高(P<0.05)。结论:在医院老年病房中实行“互联网+”背景下老年人文病房创新护理模式的临床价值显著,在改善护士、患者满意度方面效果明显,且能大幅度提升内科科室的护理管理质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application of humanistic ward innovative nursing model in hospital geriatric ward under the background of“Internet+”.Methods:Sixty elderly patients hospitalized in Gaoxin Hospital of Zhuhai People’s Hospital Medical Group from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as subjects to conduct a randomized controlled study,and 21 nurses were included.The elderly patients were divided into innovation group(n=30 cases)and general ward group(n=30 cases)according to whether the wards were humanistic care demonstration wards and“Internet+”.The general ward group implemented the traditional nursing service,and the innovation group implemented the innovative nursing mode of the elderly humanistic ward under the background of“Internet+”.Nurse satisfaction,patient satisfaction,department nursing quality score and adverse event rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of nurses and patients in the innovation group was higher than that in the general ward group,but the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the general ward group(P<0.05).The total score of nursing quality in the innovation group(94.62±3.15)was higher than that in the general ward group(91.60±3.44)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of“Internet+”in the geriatric ward under the background of innovative nursing mode has significant clinical value,in improving the satisfaction of nurses and patients,and can greatly improve the quality of nursing management of internal medicine departments,worthy of promotion.
