摘要
本文以唐钢新区2050mm热轧为例,对卷取机芯轴的张力控制和速度控制原理进行了详细的分析和研究,重点介绍了张力控制计算与芯轴转矩的关系以及芯轴转矩控制与速度控制的时序切换等进行了详细的描述。
In this paper,taking the 2050mm hot rolling mill in Tang Steel New District as an example,the tension control and speed control principle of coiler mandrel are analyzed and studied in detail.The relationship between tension control calculation and mandrel torque and the timing switch between mandrel torque control and speed control are introduced in detail.
