大型复合金属骨架件结构橡胶气密环硫化模具结构设计

摘要 基于大型复合金属骨架结构橡胶密封环产品的尺寸结构等参数,从分型面的选择原则、产品的使用工况以及模具强度等方面进行考量,提出压制成型的硫化模具结构。参考前期缩比件产品及其模具的尺寸,确定该产品收缩率。结果表明,该结构满足橡胶密封环产品的成型硫化要求,产品表面无气泡,不锈钢板位置准确,同时尺寸公差满足客户要求。 Based on the size and structure parameters of large composite metal skeleton rubber sealing ring products,the vulcanization mold structure for pressing molding was proposed from the as-pects of the selection principle of parting surfaces,the working conditions of the product,and the strength of the mold.The shrinkage rate of the product was determined by referring to the size of the pre-scaled product and its mold.The results showed that the structure met the molding and vulcaniza-tion requirements of the product,with no bubbles on the surface of the product,accurate position of the stainless steel plate,and dimensional tolerance meeting customer requirements.
