Construction and application of grading assessment model for the intelligent maturity of infectious disease monitoring and early warning

目的:构建传染病监测预警智慧化成熟度分级评估模型并开展应用评估。方法:应用软件能力成熟度模型设计智慧化成熟度分级特征,参考相关行业国家标准确定成熟度分级评估方法。结果:初步设计并验证了传染病监测预警智慧化成熟度分级评估模型。结论:构建的分级评估模型具有一定的可用性,为评价传染病监测预警智慧化成熟度提供了工具。

Objective To construct grading assessment model for the intelligent maturity of infectious disease monitoring and early warning,and carry out application evaluation.Methods The software Capability Maturity Model(CMM)was applied to design intelligent maturity grading features,and the intelligent maturity assessment methods were determined by referring to relevant industry national standards.Results The grading assessment model for the intelligent maturity of infectious disease monitoring and early warning was preliminarily designed and validated.Conclusion The model proposed in this paper has certain usability,which can serve as a tool for evaluating the intelligent maturity of monitoring and early warning of infectious diseases.
