病区一级质控护理管理平台的构建与应用

Construction and application of a nursing management platform for the first-level quality control at the ward level

目的:构建病区一级质控护理管理平台,推动护理质量管理科学化、精细化发展。方法:分析传统一级质控的现状和问题,设计构建以护理一级质控规则库为主要支撑的病区一级质控护理管理平台并进行效果评价。结果:病区一级质控护理管理平台上线后,质控各环节耗时显著缩短(P<0.05),质控条目较之前显著增多(P<0.05),护理人员对质控工作的满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:病区一级质控护理管理平台有利于提升工作效率、拓宽质控覆盖面、促进护理管理效能提升,获得了护理工作者的高度认可。

Objective To build a nursing management platform for the first-level quality control at the ward level,and to promote the scientific and fine nursing quality management.Methods The current status and problems of traditional first-level quality control were analyzed,and a nursing management platform for the first-level quality control at the ward level was designed and constructed,which was mainly supported by the first-level nursing quality control rule base,and the effect was evaluated.Results After the platform was put in application,the time consumed in each link of the quality control process was significantly shortened(P<0.05),the number of quality control items was increased(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing staff on quality control work was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management platform for first-level quality control is conducive to improving work efficiency,broadening the coverage of quality control and promoting the improvement of nursing management efficiency,and has been highly recognized by nursing staff.
