Design and application of archives management system for Chinese CDC based on document integration

基于文档一体化管理,中国疾病预防控制中心设计并全面升级改造了档案管理信息系统。该系统与应用门户集成,采用个人数字证书双因子认证方式登录,统一LDAP服务实现档案系统组织机构和用户信息同步。系统主要包括接口转换、档案采集、档案管理、档案查询、系统管理等功能,通过与现有协同办公平台集成并调用接口服务程序,实现电子公文自动导入。该档案管理信息系统已全面部署在中心机关和10个直属单位,建立了覆盖全系统的档案资源目录数据库,实现不同格式文档、不同数据类型的统一查询,规范优化了管理流程,减少了重复工作量,促进了资源有效利用。

Based on the integrated management of documents,the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)has designed and comprehensively upgraded the archives management information system.The system is integrated with the application portal,requires personal digital certificate with two-factor authentication for system login,achieves the information synchronization between the organization structure and user data of the system by unified LDAP service.The main functions include interface conversion,file collection,file management,file query,system management,etc.By integrating with the existing office platform and calling the interface service program,the system realizes automatic import of electronic documents.The system has now been widely applied in the central authorities and its 10 directly affiliated units,and a system-wide catalogue database of archives resources has been established to enable uniform access to documents in different formats and different data types,which standardizes and optimizes the management process,reduces reduplicative workload and promotes the effective use of resources.
