断指再植术后患者自我效能感的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Self-efficacy in Patients after Replantation of Amputated Finger

目的:探讨断指再植术后患者自我效能感的影响因素。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年9月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的84例断指再植术后患者作为研究对象。调查所有患者自我效能感,并进行分组。收集所有患者一般资料,分析分组情况,对断指再植术后患者自我效能感影响因素进行单因素及多因素分析。结果:84例断指再植术后患者中,43例患者自我效能感水平高,纳入高水平组,41例患者自我效能感水平低,纳入低水平组。高水平组已婚、家庭人均月收入≥4 000元、手指未完全离断、轻度疼痛、社会支持高水平与低水平组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,离异/丧偶/未婚、家庭人均月收入<4 000元、手指完全离断、中重度疼痛、低水平社会支持是断指再植术后患者自我效能感低水平的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:断指再植术后患者自我效能感受婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入等多种因素影响,临床需加强干预指导,针对性改善患者自我效能感,提高术后康复水平。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of self-efficacy in patients after replantation of amputated finger.Method:A total of 84 patients after replantation of amputated finger treated in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.The self-efficacy of all patients was investigated and they were divided into groups.General data of all patients were collected.The grouping condition was analyzed.The influence factors of self-efficacy in patients after replantation of amputated finger were analyzed by single factor and multiple factor.Result:Among the 84 patients after replantation of amputated finger,43 patients with high self-efficacy were included in the high-level group,and 41 patients with low self-efficacy were included in the low-level group.The married,family per capita income≥4000 yuan,incomplete finger disconnection,mild pain and high level of social support in high-level group were compared with the low-level group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that divorce/widowed/unmarried,family per capita income<4000 yuan,complete finger amputation,moderate to severe pain,and low level of social support were independent risk factors for low level of self-efficacy in patients after replantation of amputated finger(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-efficacy of patients after amputation finger replantation is affected by multiple factors such as marital status and family per capita income.Clinical intervention guidance should be strengthened to improve patients'self-efficacy and improve postoperative rehabilitation level.
