基于跨理论模型的干预对癫痫患儿的影响

摘要 目的:探讨基于跨理论模型的干预对癫痫患儿的影响。方法:随机选取2020年1月—2022年11月无锡市儿童医院收治的86例癫痫患儿作为参考对象。根据随机数表法将其分为参照组和试验组,各43例。参照组实施常规护理,试验组实施基于跨理论模型的干预。比较两组干预前后患儿家属照护能力、患儿负面情绪、患儿自尊水平与服药依从性及治疗效果。结果:干预后,试验组患儿家属家庭照顾者照顾能力测量表(FCTI)评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍量表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组自尊量表(SES)、Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS)评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫患儿采用基于跨理论模型的干预可以减轻其不良心理状况,提高患儿自尊水平及服药依从性,进一步提升治疗效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of intervention based on cross-theoretical model on children with epilepsy.Method:A total of 86 children with epilepsy admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were randomly selected as reference objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into reference group and experimental group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group received routine care,and the experimental group received intervention based on cross-theoretical model.Children family care ability,children negative emotion,children self-esteem level before and after intervention,medication compliance and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the score of family caregiver task inventory(FCTI)in experimental group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)and depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC)in experimental group were lower than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-esteem scale(SES)and Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS)in experimental group were higher than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention based on cross-theoretical model can reduce the adverse psychological condition,improve the level of self-esteem and medication compliance of children with epilepsy,and further enhance the therapeutic effect.
