院前急救心肺复苏研究进展

Research Progress of Pre-hospital Emergency Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

心脏骤停是一种急发性且危害性较大的疾病,患者往往发病较急,若未立即采取有效的抢救措施就可能会造成患者病情加重,甚至在患者到达医院之前就出现死亡情况,因此心脏骤停的院前急救措施是非常有必要的。心肺复苏作为最重要的心脏骤停急救措施,医学人员对其操作流程等进行了研究,并将心肺复苏成功率作为评估患者院前急救水平的重要指标。本文对心肺复苏概述,院前急救心肺复苏影响因素、具体内容、护理措施及技能培训进行综述,为广大医务工作者提供依据。

Cardiac arrest is an urgent and highly harmful disease,patients often have a more urgent disease,if not immediately take effective rescue measures may cause the patient's condition aggravated,and death even occurs before the patient arrives at the hospital,so the pre-hospital emergency measures of cardiac arrest are very necessary.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation as the most important emergency measure for cardiac arrest,has been studied by medical personnel in terms of its operational procedures,and the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation has been used as an important indicator to evaluate the level of pre-hospital emergency care for patients.This paper reviews the overview of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the influencing factors,specific contents,nursing measures and skill training of pre-hospital emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation,providing a basis for medical workers.
