单用环泊酚与环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼在无痛胃镜检查中的镇静麻醉效果与安全性对比

Comparison of Sedative Anesthetic Effect and Safety of Ciprofol Alone and Ciprofol Combined with Low-dose Sufentanil During Painless Gastroscopy

目的:分析比较单用环泊酚与环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼在无痛胃镜检查中的镇静麻醉效果与安全性。方法:选择2022年1—12月徐州医科大学附属医院麻醉科室收治的100例行无痛胃镜患者为研究对象。按照单双号随机分组法分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组仅单用环泊酚进行麻醉,试验组使用环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼进行麻醉。比较两组麻醉诱导前(T_0)、麻醉诱导后(T_1)、镜检时(T_(2))、镜检后(T_3)的血流动力学指标[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))],同时比较两组麻醉药物起效时间、苏醒时间、苏醒状态(Steward量表)与麻醉药物总用量,并观察统计两组苏醒后不良反应总发生率。结果:T_0、T_1、T_(2)、T_3时,两组HR、MAP、SpO_(2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组麻醉药物起效时间、苏醒时间均早于对照组,麻醉药物总用量少于对照组,而Steward评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在无痛胃镜检查中使用环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼的麻醉能确保患者生命体征平稳,患者镇静药物用量少,术后苏醒质量较高,整体不良反应较少。

Objective:To analyze and compare the sedative anesthetic effect and safety of Ciprofol alone and Ciprofol combined with low-dose Sufentanil in painless gastroscopy.Method:A total of 100 patients with painless gastroscopy treated in the Anesthesia Department of the Affiliated Hospital of the Xuzhou Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to odd-even randomization method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with Ciprofol alone,and the experimental group was anesthetized with Ciprofol combined with low-dose Sufentanil on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamic changes[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))]of the two groups were compared before anesthesia induction(T0),after anesthesia induction(T1),during microscopic examination(T2)and after microscopic examination(T3).At the same time,the onset time of anesthesia drugs,recovery time,recovery state(Steward scale)and total dosage of anesthesia drugs were compared between the two groups,and the total incidence of adverse reactions after recovery was observed and analyzed.Result:At T0,T1,T2 and T3,there were no significant differences in HR,MAP and SpO_(2) levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The onset time of anesthesia drugs and recovery time in experimental group were earlier than those in control group,the total dosage of anesthesia drugs was less than that in control group,and Steward score was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Ciprofol combined with low-dose Sufentanil anesthesia in painless gastroscopy can ensure the stability of patients'vital signs,less sedative drug dosage,postoperative recovery quality is high,and fewer overall adverse reactions.
