糖皮质激素在带状疱疹性角膜炎中的疗效及对视力与不良反应的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Corticosteroids in Herpes Zoster Keratitis and Its Impact on Visual Acuity and Adverse Reactions

目的:探讨糖皮质激素在带状疱疹性角膜炎中的疗效及对视力与不良反应的影响。方法:选取2018年5月—2023年5月海安市中医院收治的100例带状疱疹性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,按1∶1的比例随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组视力水平改善情况、临床症状改善时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗前视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组角膜溃疡愈合时间、畏光消失时间、疼痛缓解时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素在带状疱疹性角膜炎的治疗中,能改善患者的视力水平、角膜溃疡愈合时间、畏光消失时间及疼痛缓解时间,提高治疗效果,并能显著降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of corticosteroids in herpes zoster keratitis and its impact on visual acuity and adverse reactions.Method:A total of 100 patients with herpes zoster keratitis who admitted to Hai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the ratio of 1∶1,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with corticosteroids on the basis of the control group.The improvement of visual acuity,improvement time of clinical symptoms,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in visual acuity between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the visual acuity of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The corneal ulcer healing time,photophobia disappearance time and pain relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of herpes zoster keratitis,corticosteroids can improve the visual acuity level,corneal ulcer healing time,photophobia disappearance time and pain relief time of patients,enhance the therapeutic effect,and notably reduce the occurrence rate of adverse reactions.
