认知行为护理在特发性膜性肾病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing in Patients with Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

目的:探讨认知行为护理在特发性膜性肾病(IMN)患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年2月—2022年6月于无锡市人民医院诊治的136例IMN患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各68例。对照组采用常规传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用认知行为护理。对比两组治疗依从性、临床疗效、认知能力、心理状态及护理满意度。结果:两组干预前认知能力、心理状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性、临床疗效和护理总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为护理可明显改善IMN患者的心理状态和认知能力,且能提高治疗依从性、临床疗效及护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of cognitive behavioral nursing in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN).Method:A total of 136 patients with IMN who treated in Wuxi People's Hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine traditional nursing,and the observation group was treated with cognitive behavioral nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,clinical efficacy,cognitive ability,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in cognitive ability and psychological state between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)in the observation group after intervention were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance,clinical efficacy and nursing total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral nursing can significantly improve the psychological state and cognitive ability of IMN patients,and can improve treatment compliance,clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
