运用足三里穴治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Using Zusanli Point in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是一种病机复杂、起病缓慢、病程较长且癌变率较高的消化系统疾病,是消化系统的常见病、疑难病。为了探讨足三里穴治疗CAG的可行性及优势,笔者通过查阅足三里穴治疗CAG的相关文献,整理足三里穴治疗CAG的机制及现代临床研究,发现外治法刺激足三里穴通过调节血管、内分泌等多个靶点发挥治疗作用。文中主要归纳了目前足三里穴治疗CAG的现代医学机制及代表性中医外治法,以供临床参考。

Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a digestive disease with complex pathogenesis,slow onset,long course and high cancer rate.It is a common and difficult disease of digestive system.In order to explore the feasibility and advantages of Zusanli point in the treatment of CAG,the author reviewed the relevant literature of Zusanli point in the treatment of CAG,sorted out the mechanism of Zusanli point in the treatment of CAG and modern clinical studies,and found that external treatment method stimulated Zusanli point to play a therapeutic role by regulating multiple targets such as blood vessels and endocrine.This paper mainly summarizes the modern medical mechanism of Zusanli point in the treatment of CAG at present and the representative external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical reference.
