B超下留置带球囊的引流管在乳腺微创旋切术中的应用

Application of Indwelling Drainage Tube with Balloon under B-ultrasound in Minimally Invasive Breast Gyrotomy

目的:探究B超下留置带球囊的引流管在乳腺微创旋切术中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年1月在潮州市人民医院行乳腺微创旋切术患者160例,按照随机数表法分为观察组及对照组,各80例。对照组采用常规引流管引流,观察组采用带球囊的引流管引流。比较两组手术时间、疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、瘢痕长度、残腔内积液、瘀斑面积,记录两组术后并发症发生情况及满意率。结果:两组手术时间、术后48 h VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组瘢痕长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组的残腔内积液少于对照组,瘀斑面积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为1.25%,低于对照组的8.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超下留置带球囊的引流管有助于乳腺微创旋切术患者术后恢复,可减少并发症的发生,满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the application of indwelling drainage tube with balloon under B-ultrasound in minimally invasive breast gyrotomy.Method:A total of 160 patients who underwent minimally invasive breast gyrotomy in Chaozhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 80 patients in each group.The control group was drained by conventional drainage tube,and the observation group was drained by drainage tube with balloon.The operation time,pain score[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],scar length,fluid accumulation in residual cavity and ecchymosis area of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction rate of the two groups were recorded.Result:There were no significant differences in operation time and VAS score at 24 h after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in scar length between the two groups(P>0.05),while the fluid accumulation in residual cavity of the observation group was less than that in the control group,the ecchymosis area was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.25%,which was lower than 8.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 87.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The indwelling drainage tube with balloon under B-ultrasound is helpful to the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing minimally invasive breast gyrotomy,can reduce the occurrence of complications,and has a high satisfaction.
