注水法内镜下黏膜切除术治疗结直肠息肉的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection with Water Injection Method in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyp

目的:探讨结直肠息肉患者应用注水法内镜下黏膜切除术治疗的临床效果。方法:纳入2020年1月—2023年1月龙岩市第二医院收治的100例结直肠息肉患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规内镜下黏膜切除术,观察组给予注水法内镜下黏膜切除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症及复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的86.0%,复发率为25.58%(11/43),低于对照组的4.08%(2/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相较常规内镜下黏膜切除术,注水法内镜下黏膜切除术切除结直肠息肉,效果显著,复发率更低。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection with water injection method in the treatment of patients with colorectal polyp.Method:A total of 100 patients with colorectal polyp who admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan from January 2020 to January 2023 were included in the study as study objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional endoscopic mucosal resection,and the observation group was given endoscopic mucosal resection with water injection method.The clinical efficacy,complications and recurrence were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%,which was higher than 86.0%of the control group,the recurrence rate was 25.58%(11/43),which was lower than 4.08%(2/49)of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional endoscopic mucosal resection,endoscopic mucosal resection with water injection method for colorectal polyps has a significant effect and a lower recurrence rate.
