摘要
依据煤矿环境和工况需求,分析煤及岩体的硬度、巷道结构等研制了国内首套KC-80C型矿用链式开槽机,将动力系统、电液控制系统、截割部和伸缩旋臂机构等集成于车辆底盘之上,结构紧凑。通过在大柳塔煤矿现场试验,结果表明:KC-80C矿用链式开槽机可在2<f<6的煤层开槽,开槽深度可达0.9 m,切割功率可达2×40 kw,切割效率5 m3/h,最大切割高度可达6 m。
According to the coal mine environment and working conditions,the article analyzes the hardness of coal and rock mass,roadway structure,etc.,to develop the first KC-80C mine chain slotting machine in China.It integrates the power system,electro-hydraulic control system,cutting section and telescopic swivel arm into the vehicle chassis,making the structure compact.Through the field test in Daliuta coal mine,the results show that:KC-80C mine chain slotting machine can slot in the coal seam with 2<f<6,the slotting depth can reach 0.9 m,the cutting power can reach 2×40kw,the Cutting efficiency can reach 5m3/h,the maximum cutting height can reach 6 m.
