臭氧水疗联合微针导入米诺地尔治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy study of ozone hydrotherapy combined with microneedle introduction of minoxidil in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia

目的探究臭氧水疗联合微针导入米诺地尔治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效及安全性。方法自2022年2月至2023年2月,湖北医药学院附属十堰市人民医院皮肤科将60例雄激素性脱发患者,随机分为两组:微针组(对照组,n=30)和臭氧水疗联合微针治疗组(研究组,n=30),对照组予以纳米微针针刺导入5%米诺地尔酊治疗;研究组予以臭氧水疗联合纳米微针导入5%米诺地尔酊治疗。治疗周期为24周,记录治疗前后粗发数量、细发数量、毛发密度、毳毛比例及头皮鳞屑、瘙痒、油脂分泌、脱发程度变化等情况并进行数据统计分析。结果两组患者治疗期间均无严重不良反应,治疗后的粗发数量、细发数量、毛发密度、毳毛比例均有明显改善(P<0.05),头皮鳞屑、瘙痒、油腻、脱发症状明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧水疗联合微针导入米诺地尔治疗雄激素性脱发可有效缓解患者头皮油腻、鳞屑、瘙痒等症状,改善头皮微环境,进一步促进毛发生长、提高毛发质量,可作为雄激素性脱发新的治疗策略。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of ozone hydrotherapy combined with microneedle introduction of minoxidil in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.Methods From February 2022 to February 2023,Department of Dermatology of Shiyan People's Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine treated sixty patients with androgenetic alopecia were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and a treatment group.The microneepines group(control group,n=30)and ozone hydrotherapy combined with microneepines treatment group(study group,n=30).The control group was treated with 5%minoxidil tincture by nano-microneepines acupuncture,and the study group was treated with 5%minoxidil tincture by ozone hydrotherapy combined with nano-microneepines,the treatment period was 24 weeks.The number of coarse hair,the number of fine hair,the density of hair,the proportion of vellus hair,the scale of scalp,pruritus,oil secretion,and the degree of alopecia were recorded before and after the treatment.Results There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment.After the treatment,the number of coarse hair,the number of fine hair,hair density,and the proportion of vellus hair in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the symptoms of scalp scale,itching,greasy,and hair loss were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the curative effect in the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone hydrotherapy combined with microneedle introduction of minoxidil in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia can effectively relieve the symptoms of scalp greasy,scaly and itching,improve the scalp microenvironment,further promote hair growth and improve hair quality,which can be used as a new treatment strategy for androgenetic alopecia.
