摘要
对以动物皮为原料的胶原蛋白肽制备方法进行总结,通过双酶分步水解法制备了一种动物皮胶原蛋白肽,对该成分影响运动员的肌肉重量与收缩力、减缓运动性疲劳伤害等进行试验分析。结果表明,动物皮胶原蛋白肽的使用能够显著促进运动员大臂围增长且增肌的同时不会对人体肾脏形成代谢压力;使用动物皮胶原蛋白肽能够显著降低人体短时间内尿酸氮的含量,有助于缓解运动员身体疲劳。
The preparation methods of collagen peptide based on animal skin were summarized. An animal skin collagen peptide was prepared by two-enzyme stepwise hydrolysis method. The effects of collagen peptide on the muscle weight and contractile force of athletes, and the reduction of sports fatigue injury were analyzed. The results show that the use of animal skin collagen peptide can significantly promote the growth of the athletes' big arm circumference and muscle, but does not cause metabolic pressure on the human kidney. The use of animal skin collagen peptide can significantly reduce the content of urate nitrogen in a short time, which is helpful to relieve the fatigue of athletes.
