摘要 为保证制鞋操控便捷性,满足相关人员智能控制需求,现设计一款功能完善、实用性强的智能化制鞋机械控制面板。首先,从面板需求分析、面板设计目标、面板整体结构设计、面板运行环境搭建4个方面入手,完成对面板总体设计;其次,从数控面板基板模块设计、预塑按键模块设计、触摸控制显示屏模块设计、工位设定模块设计4方面入手,完成对制鞋机械控制面板主要模块的科学化设计;最后,从面板具体应用、面板应用效果两个方面研究了制鞋注塑机面板的应用。结果表明,在智能化技术应用的背景下,本文所设计的制鞋机械控制面板运行正常、可靠、稳定,各个模块实现满足设计相关要求。 In order to ensure the convenience of shoe making operation and meet the intelligent control needs of relevant personnel, a fully functional and practical intelligent shoe making machinery control panel was designed. First of all, completed the overall design of the panel from four aspects: panel demand analysis, panel design objectives, panel overall structure design, and panel operation environment construction. Secondly, the scientific design of the main modules of the control panel of shoe making machinery was completed from four aspects: the design of the base plate module of the NC panel, the design of the pre-molded key module, the design of the touch control display module, and the design of the workstation setting module. Finally, the application of the panel of the shoe making injection molding machine was studied from two aspects: the specific application of the panel and the application effect of the panel. The results show that under the application background of intelligent technology, the control panel of shoe making machinery designed in this paper operates normally, reliably and stably, and each module meets the design requirements.
