教师专业发展智能化测评体系建构研究 被引量:2

The Research on Systematic Construction of Intelligent Assessment of Teacher Professional Development

摘要 教师专业发展测评是教师教育评价体系的重要范畴。受测评理念、方法以及技术的局限,传统上兼顾测评过程和个性化的教师专业发展测评几乎难以实现。构思人工智能应用教师专业发展测评的图景,是人工智能助力教师队伍建设的基础性工作。教师专业发展智能化测评需创建测评、学研融合一体化系统,构建信息采集、分析、预测、干预一站式测评流程,促成测评结果与教师个性发展相结合、测评过程与评价改革发展相结合、测评系统与教师泛在学习相结合,助力教师群体的泛在测评和教师个体测评与专业发展一体化达成。 The assessment of teacher professional development is an important category of teacher education assessment system.Due to the limitation of assessment concept,method and technology,it is almost impossible to achieve the traditional assessment of teacher professional development,which takes into account both the process and personalized assessment.Conceiving a picture of artificial intelligence application of teacher professional development assessment is the basic work for artificial intelligence to help teachers team construction.The intelligent assessment of teacher professional development requires the establishment of an integrated system of assessment,learning and research,and the construction of a one-stop assessment process of information collection,analysis,prediction and intervention,which of that facilitate the integration of assessment results with teacher personality development,assessment process with reform and development,and assessment system with teachers'ubiquitous learning,in order to help to achieve the integration of teachers'groups and individuals assessment and professional development.
