全球化和信息革命浪潮的新时代背景下,执政软实力逐渐成为中国共产党提升治国理政能力的重要面向。坚持“以人民为中心”发展思想作为马克思主义唯物史观的内在要求和科学社会主义的价值追求以及中国共产党的根本价值立场,是新时代中国共产党最大的执政软实力。为此,需要从制度力、政治力、文化力、形象力、话语力、外交力等方面入手,持续深化“以人民为中心”发展思想和执政理念,全面提升中国共产党执政软实力。

In the context of globalization and the information revolution,governance of soft power gradually becomes one of the vital capabilities for the Communist Party of China to lift the abilities to govern the country.As the intrinsic requirements of Marxism historical materialism and the value pursuit of scientific socialism and the fundamental value standpoint of the CPC,People-centered Philosophy is the most powerful governance of soft power of the CPC in the new era.Therefore,we need to take efforts in such aspects as Political Power,Institutional Power,Image Power and Credibility,continue to deepen People-centered Philosophy and comprehensively promote the governance of soft power of the CPC.
