Analysis of Technical and Tactical Characteristics of Song Jie,the Women's Taekwondo 67kg Champion at the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games

采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等方法,对杭州第19届亚运会跆拳道女子67kg级冠军宋洁的技战术特征和得分情况进行深入分析与探讨,为提高我国跆拳道竞技水平和备战巴黎奥运会提供参考和借鉴。研究结果:(1)杭州亚运会跆拳道比赛中,宋洁所运用的技术主要以前横踢、后横踢、推踢和下劈为主,得分较高的是后横踢技术和下劈技术。(2)横踢和下劈是宋洁所善用之项,成效颇佳。在不同分值技术运用上,2分位击打躯干技术最多,其次是3分位击打头部技术。得分最高的是3分位击打头部技术。(3)以单一技术为铺垫、以组合技术为主要得分。单一技术和组合技术衔接能力较强,且灵活转换运用。(4)进攻战术与反击战术是表现最佳且得分最高的战术手段。宋洁主要以进攻战术为主,迎击战术为辅。在战术得分方面,进攻战术为主要得分手段,其次是反击战术。建议:(1)在巩固常规技术使用率的同时,丰富高难度(旋转)技术的储备和运用。(2)根据新规则加强高分值旋转技术和直拳技术训练。(3)结合宋洁自身优势,在保持和巩固组合技术得分的同时,提高运用单一技术的得分。(4)形成以进攻战术为主、多种战术并存的战术策略。

This study thoroughly analyzes and discusses the technical and tactical features,as well as scoring patterns of Song Jie,who clinched the women's 67kg Taekwondo championship at the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games in 2023.It aims to provide valuable insights and references to enhance China's Taekwondo competitiveness and prepare for the Paris Olympics.Research findings:(1)Song Jie predominantly employed front kicks,roundhouse kicks,push kicks,and axe kicks in the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games Taekwondo competition,with roundhouse kicks and axe kicks yielding higher scores.(2)Roundhouse kicks and axe kicks are Song Jie's specialties,resulting in effective performance.Among different scoring techniques,2-point strikes to the trunk are most prevalent,fllowed by 3-point strikes to the head,with the highest scores achieved through 3-point strikes to the head.(3)Single techniques provide a foundation,while combination techniques play a significant role in scoring,with strong and flexible transitions between them.(4)Offensive tactics and counterattack tactics are the most successful and high-scoring strategies.Song Jie primarily employs offensive tactics,with counterattacks as a secondary approach.In terms of tactical scoring,offensive tactics take precedence,followed by counterattack tactics.Recommendations:(1)While maintaining the use of standard techniques,enhance the reservoir and application of high-difficulty(rotational)techniques.(2)Strengthen training in high-scoring rotational techniques and straight punch techniques in accordance with the new rules.(3)Leverage Song Jie's strengths to maintain and increase scores using combination techniques while improving the application of single techniques.(4)Develop a tactical strategy centered on offensive tactics,incorporating multiple tactics simultaneously.
