中国优秀乒乓球运动员陈梦的技战术分析——以2020年乒乓球女子世界杯决赛为例

A Comprehensive Technical and Tactical Analysis of Chen Meng,an Exceptional Chinese Table Tennis Player——A Case Study of the 2020 Women's Table Tennis World Cup Final

采用文献资料、录像观察、三段指标评估、数理统计等方法,对我国优秀女子乒乓球运动员陈梦与孙颖莎在2020年乒乓球女子世界杯决赛中三段技战术的使用率、得分率等方面状况进行比较分析,旨在为深入研究陈梦的技战术提供一定的参考。结果显示:(1)陈梦在发抢段、接抢段、相持段的得分率评估结果分别为优秀、优秀、及格;使用率评估结果分别为不及格、良好、良好。(2)在发抢段,发球抢攻是陈梦的重要得分环节,陈梦发球稳定、灵活多变、旋转强,但有时发球落点欠严谨,导致对方抢攻得手;陈梦发球后第三板反手拉球是其主要得分手段,同时第三板对于回球的控制相对精准。(3)接抢段,陈梦接发球主要以控制为主,以抢攻为辅,为第四板上手做准备,第四板主要用反手推挡(撕、拨)球,但得分率有待提高,需通过加强回球的力量、落点变化,提高回球质量。(4)在相持段,陈梦的相持能力没有得到充分发挥,自身的失误和被动相持是其主要的失分原因。

Utilizing a variety of methods such as literature review,video analysis,a three-stage performance assessment,and mathematical statistics,this study conducts a comparative analysis of the performance and scoring rates of the three key stages of technical and tactical play by outstanding Chinese female table tennis players Chen Meng and Sun Yingsha during the 2020 Women's Table Tennis World Cup final.The goal is to offer valuable insights for an in-depth exploration of Chen Meng's technical and tactical skills.The results reveal the following:(1)Chen Meng's scoring rates in the service-receive stage,the counter-attacking stage,and the sustained rallies stage are rated as excellent,excellent,and satisfactory,respectively.However,the utilization rates are found to be unsatisfactory good,and good,respectively.(2)In the service-receive stage,serving and attacking plays a critical role in Chen Meng's scoring strategy.Her serves exhibit stability,versatility,and a powerful spin.Nonetheless,occasional inaccuracies in serve placement result in successful counterattacks by her opponents.Chen Meng's primary scoring technique following a serve is the backhand topspin on the third ball,and she demonstrates precise control in her shot placement.(3)During the counter-attacking stage,Chen Meng predominantly focuses on controlling her returns,with sporadic offensive plays,all in preparation for using her forehand in the fourth ball exchange.The fourth ball is primarily employed for backhand pushes and chops,but her scoring rate in this phase requires enhancement,necessitating more power in her returns and variations in ball placement to elevate the quality of her shots.(4)In the sustained rallies stage,Chen Meng's ability to maintain prolonged exchanges remains underutilized,with self-errors and passive rallying constituting her primary sources of point loss.
