摘要
短距离自由泳是游泳运动的一项主要比赛项目,其取得好成绩的关键是“快”,即快速完成全程,其中推动身体快速前进的动力之一就是两臂轮流划水。因此,臂的正确移动对自由泳速度有重要的影响。前后交叉动作角度差异与划臂正确有直接的关系,直接影响游进速度。通过选取短距离自由泳优秀运动员进行录像解析法实验分析,研究前后交叉动作角度差异对游速的影响,对短距离自由泳的训练有重要参考价值。
Short-distance freestyle swimming stands as a prominent discipline within competitive swimming,where the paramount objective is speed-swiftly traversing the entirety of the distance.An essential component contributing to rapid forward propulsion is the rhythmic alternate arm movements.Consequently,the precision of arm motion holds significant sway over freestyle swimming velocity.The differential angles of front-to-back cross movements have a direct correlation with the correctness of arm strokes,thus exerting a profound impact on swimming speed.In this study,exceptional short-distance freestyle swimmers are meticulously selected,and video analysis is employed to experimentally explore the repercussions of differing front-to-back cross movement angles on swimming speed.The findings of this research bear substantial relevance to the training of short--distance freestyle swimmers.
