摘要
利用《运动员训练状态监测量表》对体育生的课余训练状态进行监测,以某高中106名体育高考备考生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等方法,分别对体育生训练状态总体情况、往届生和应届生在训练状态监测中的差异、不同性别在训练状态监测中的差异、不同专项在训练状态监测中的差异等进行研究,以实际和发展角度看待体育生在训练过程中出现的一系列问题,科学分析原因,探寻最优化训练方式,调整和改善体育生的训练状态,同时为今后的相关训练提供参考。
This study used the"Athlete Training Status Monitoring Questionnaire'to monitor the extracurricular training status of 106 high school students preparing for the college entrance examination in sports.It employed methods such as literature review,questionnaire surveys,and statistical analysis to investigate various aspects,including the overall training status of student athletes,differences in training status monitoring between previous and current students,variations in training status monitoring based on gender,and disparities in training status monitoring among different sports disciplines.The study takes a practical and developmental perspective to address a series of issues that arise during the training process of student athletes.It conducts a scientific analysis of the underlying reasons,explores optimal training methods,and seeks to adjust and enhance the training status of student athletes,thereby providing valuable insights for future related training.
