数字经济赋能体育产业发展的样态呈现、指标建构与推进理路

The Landscape,Indicator Framework,and Progression Strategies of Digital Economy Empowering the Development of the Sports Industry

数字经济是促进体育产业发展的重要助推剂。通过运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、层次分析法、逻辑分析法等方法,本文深入分析了数字经济赋能体育产业发展的现实样态及相关指标,并据此提出推进理路。研究认为:目前数字经济赋能体育发展已呈现出政策条例相对健全、数字化技术快速更迭、体育资源要素配置优化、体育市场活力得到激发的发展态势。在所构建的三级评价指标体系基础上,本文认为,数字经济赋能体育发展与“体育产业现实发展”“体育产业数字化设施”“体育产业数字化应用”具有关联效应。由此提出体育产业高质量发展的推进理路:强化顶层设计,完善体育产业发展保障机制;加快数字化设施建设,筑牢体育产业发展基础;持续优化体育产业结构,实现产业转型与流程再造。

The digital economy serves as a crucial catalyst in advancing the development of the sports industry.Using methods like literature review,the Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,and logical analysis,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current state of digital economy's influence on sports industry development and the formulation of related indicators.Subsequently,it outlines a strategy for advancement.The study suggests that the current scenario of digital economy's impact on sports development is characterized by relatively sound policy regulations,rapid evolution of digital technologies,optimization of sports resource allocation,and increased vigor in the sports market.Based on the constructed three-level evaluation indicator system,it is found that the digital economy's empowerment of sports development is interconnected with"real sports industry development,""digitization of sports industry facilities,"and"digital applications in the sports industry."This leads to a proposed strategy for the high-quality development of the sports industry:strengthening top-level planning,enhancing mechanisms to support sports industry development,expediting the establishment of digital infrastructure,fortifying the foundation for sports industry development,and continuously optimizing the sports industry structure to achieve industry transformation and process reengineering.
