低温雨雪冰冻天气对小鼠游泳速度的影响分析

摘要 目的:探讨间断暴露在低温雨雪冰冻天气中的情况对小鼠前60秒游泳速度的影响,从而间接揭示低温雨雪冰冻天气对冰雪运动员速度素质的周期性影响,为运动员在训练和比赛中的速度分配、训练方法及技巧提供参考。方法:以小鼠为实验对象,在常温环境下对其饲养一周,之后将8周龄的小鼠进行一次适应性游泳,然后随机分组,每组10只。分为8组:对照组、1天暴露组、2天暴露组、3天暴露组、4天暴露组、5天暴露组、6天暴露组和7天暴露组。在实验过程中,记录各组小鼠在暴露后前60秒的游泳速度。结果:除了3天和4天暴露组的小鼠前60秒游泳速度减慢外,其他组的小鼠游泳速度都有所加快,均无显著性差异。结论:低温雨雪冰冻天气对小鼠前60秒的游泳速度总体上呈现加快的趋势,只有在第3天和第4天,游泳速度才会减慢。说明长期在低温雨雪冰冻天气中运动,总体上会使小鼠的前60秒游泳速度加快,进而为监测冰雪运动员速度的周期性变化、训练方法和技巧提供了实验参考依据。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the influence of intermittent exposure to low-temperature,rainy,and freezing weather on the first 60 seconds of mouse swimming.The goal is to indirectly uncover the periodic effects of such weather conditions on the speed proficiency of ice and snow athletes,ffering insights for athletes'speed management,training methodologies,and techniques during both practice and competitive events.METHODS:Mice were selected as experimental subjects and housed in a standard temperature environment for a week.Following this period,8-week-old mice underwent an adaptive swimming session.Subsequently,they were randomly assigned to one of eight groups:a control group and groups exposed to the conditions for 1 to 7 days.Throughout the experiment,the swimming speed of mice during the initial 60 seconds after exposure was meticulously recorded.RESULTS:With the exception of the 3-day and 4-day exposure groups,wherein mice exhibited a decrease in swimming speed during the first 60 seconds,the other groups displayed an overall acceleration in swimming speed with no statistically significant differences.CONCLUSION:Generally,low-temperature,rainy,and freezing weather tended to increase the swimming speed of mice in the initial 60 seconds,except for a deceleration observed on the 3rd and 4th days.This implies that prolonged physical activity in such weather conditions is likely to enhance the swimming speed of mice in the first 60 seconds,thereby providing experimental references for monitoring the periodic variations in speed,as well as offering guidance for training methods and techniques for ice and snow athletes.
