赤铁矿反浮选自动控制现状及发展趋势

Present Situation and Development Trend of Automatic Control of Hematite Reverse Flotation

为了实现赤铁矿选矿过程的降本增效及工艺参数的自动化控制,针对赤铁矿选矿工艺中仍存在的手动操作及浮选过程的动态性、不稳定性,进行了赤铁矿反浮选工艺的建模、选矿指标的在线检测和浮选过程优化算法设定等研究。研究得到了选矿工艺中不同工艺参数的建模方法、控制方法和优化算法,浮选过程关键指标的测量方法不同,需采用相应的方法进行控制。

In order to realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of hematite beneficiation process and the automatic control of process parameters,aiming at the dynamic and instability of manual operation and flotation process existing in hematite beneficiation process,the modeling of hematite reverse flotation process,on-line detection of beneficiation indexes and optimization algorithm setting of flotation process were studied.The modeling method,control method and optimization algorithm of different process parameters in the beneficiation process are obtained.The measurement methods of the key indicators of the flotation process are different,and the corresponding methods need to be used for control.
