特大型砂石矿山“长九模式”绿色技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了将长九(神山)灰岩矿打造成世界一流特大型绿色砂石矿山,以矿山(含加工区)、物流廊道和专业码头三大系统实现绿色化、集约化、智慧化为建设方向,针对该矿山资源禀赋、地形地貌、区域位置等特点,开展了多个系统实施方案研究并确定了最终建设方案。2019年6月实现了一期投产,2021年底实现了二期投产,投产至今累计加工砂石已超1.8亿t。“长九模式”绿色砂石矿山的建设和生产实践,改变了传统砂石矿山布局凌乱、污染重、能耗高、产品质量不稳定的现状,开创了特大型砂石矿山(含加工区)、物流廊道和专业码头三位一体资源绿色技术开发先河,树立了砂石行业绿色发展新标杆,创造了绿色砂石项目投资开发新模式,促进了砂石行业的高质量发展。 In order to build Changjiu(Shenshan)limestone mine into a world-class super-large green sand and gravel mine,with the three systems of mine(including processing area),logistics corridor and professional wharf,the construction direction is to realize green,intensive and intelligent.According to the characteristics of resource endowment,topography and regional location of the mine,a number of system implementation schemes have been studied and the final construction scheme has been determined.In June 2019,the first phase of production was realized,and the second phase of production was realized at the end of 2021.So far,the cumulative processing sand and gravel has exceeded 180 million tons.The construction and production practice of“Changjiu Mode”green sand and gravel mines changed the current situation of traditional sand and gravel mines,such as messy layout,heavy pollution,high energy consumption and unstable product quality,created a precedent for the development of the trinity resource green technology of super-large sand and gravel mines(including processing areas),logistics corridors and professional wharf,established a new benchmark for green development of sand and gravel industry,created a new mode of investment and development of green sand and gravel projects,and promoted the high-quality development of sand and gravel industry.
