安徽某露天矿挂帮矿工艺矿物学研究

Study on Process Mineralogy of Hanging Wall Ore in an Open-pit Mine in Anhui

摘要 为了更好地利用某露天矿场中的挂帮矿,采用工艺矿物学的方法对其矿石性质进行了研究。研究结果表明:矿石铁含量为43.42%,SiO_(2)是主要脉石成分,含量26.89%,有害元素S、P含量分别为0.072%和0.542%;最主要的可选矿物为赤铁矿,但其大部分呈微细粒浸染状分布,极难解离;其次为褐铁矿,常呈斑状与赤铁矿及脉石矿物共生。 In order to make better use of the hanging wall ore in an open-pit mine,the ore properties were studied by the method of process mineralogy.The results show that the iron content of the ore is 43.42%,SiO2 is the main gangue component,the content is 26.89%,and the contents of harmful elements S and P are 0.072%and 0.542%,respectively.The most important optional mineral is hematite,but most of it is distributed in the form of micro-fine disseminated particles,which is very difficult to be dissociated.The second is limonite,which is often spotted symbiosis with hematite and gangue minerals.
