国外某镜铁矿提纯试验研究

摘要 国外某高品位镜铁矿全铁品位达68%以上,主要杂质元素为硅、铝,为了获得铁氧体用高品质超纯铁精矿,针对该铁矿中杂质元素难以去除的问题,分别进行了浮选、碱浸和酸浸方法除杂研究。研究结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.025 mm81.41%时,浮选可获得全铁品位68.54%、SiO_(2)含量1.01%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量0.41%的铁精矿,硅、铝去除率分别达61.05%和76.05%;在碱浸细度-0.003mm50%、NaOH用量1000 kg/t、浸出时间12 h时,浸出产品中的SiO_(2)含量0.467%、去除率72.32%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量0.213%、去除率达80.88%;在酸浸细度-0.025 mm81.41%、氢氟酸用量370 kg/t、浸出时间6h时,浸出所得产品中硅、铝含量分别达0.276%和0.182%,相应去除率为85.57%和85.58%;对比可知,该镜铁矿利用酸浸的除杂效果最好,可显著降低物料中的杂质含量。 The total iron grade of a high-grade specularite abroad is more than 68%,and the main impurity elements are silicon and aluminum.In order to obtain high-quality ultra-pure iron concentrate for ferrite,aiming at the problem that the impurity elements in the iron ore are difficult to remove,the impurity removal methods of flotation,alkali leaching and acid leaching were studied respectively.The results show that when the grinding fineness is-0.025 mm 81.41%,the iron concentrate with total iron grade of 68.54%,SiO_(2) content of 1.01%and Al_(2)O_(3) content of 0.41%can be obtained by flotation,and the removal rates of silicon and aluminum are 61.05%and 76.05%,respectively.When the fineness of alkali leaching is-0.003 mm 50%,the dosage of NaOH is 1000 kg/t,and the leaching time is 12 h,the content of SiO_(2) in the leaching product is 0.467%,the removal rate is 72.32%,the content of Al2O3 is 0.213%,and the removal rate is 80.88%.When the acid leaching fineness is-0.025 mm 81.41%,the amount of hydrofluoric acid is 370 kg/t,and the leaching time is 6 h,the contents of silicon and aluminum in the leaching products are 0.276%and 0.182%,respectively,and the corresponding removal rates are 85.57%and 85.58%,respectively.The comparison shows that the specularite has the best impurity removal effect by acid leaching,which can significantly reduce the impurity content in the material.
