大西沟铁矿选矿厂尾矿综合利用试验研究

摘要 为综合回收利用大西沟铁矿选矿厂尾矿,在对尾矿库堆存尾矿矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了再磨再选试验研究。试验结果表明:尾矿经再磨再选获得的铜精矿品位20.25%、铜回收率60.44%,硫精矿品位35.33%、硫回收率68.99%,铁精矿全铁品位26.19%、全铁回收率67.54%,重晶石精矿BaSO_4品位95.44%、BaSO_(4)回收率65.26%,云母精矿K_(2)O品位5.22%、K_(2)O回收率56.72%;该选矿厂尾矿中的铁可富集获得初级产品,进行后期磁化焙烧利用,尾矿中的其他有价元素经过再选获得了满足销售标准的铜、硫、重晶石和云母4种精矿产品。 In order to comprehensively recover and utilize the tailings of Daxigou Iron Ore Dressing Plant,based on the study of the ore properties of the tailings piled up in the tailings pond,the experimental study on re-grinding and re-concentration was carried out.The results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.25%and copper recovery of 60.44%,sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 35.33%and sulfur recovery of 68.99%,iron concentrate with total iron grade of 26.19%and total iron recovery of 67.54%,barite concentrate with BaSO4 grade of 95.44%and BaSO4 recovery of 65.26%,mica concentrate with K_(2)O grade of 5.22%and K_(2)O recovery of 56.72%are obtained by re-grinding and re-concentration of tailings.The iron in the tailings of the concentrator can be enriched to obtain primary products for later magnetic roasting.Other valuable elements in the tailings are re-selected to obtain four concentrate products of copper,sulfur,barite and mica that meet the sales standards.
