摘要
煤炭在大规模筛分过程中往往会造成大型振动筛的结构破坏,为研究筛分煤体对振动筛的动态影响,对振动筛的结构振动和应变信号进行了测试分析,以研究筛分煤体对振动筛的动态影响。通过对2种不同筛分能力的空载运行和筛分过程进行了多次试验,获得的基本振动特性表明,筛分煤体使筛网结构在附加随机振动作用下发生了强化振动,结构应变增加了14.79%,提高了结构破坏的可能性。针对新出现的随机振动,采用平稳性检验对采集到的振动信号进行分析,结果表明振动筛的随机振动是稳定的。
Coal often causes structural damage of large vibrating screen in the process of large-scale screening.In order to study the dynamic influence of screening coal on vibrating screen,the structural vibration and strain signals of vibrating screen were tested and analyzed to study the dynamic influence of screening coal on vibrating screen.Through many tests on the no-load operation and screening process of two different screening capacities,the basic vibration characteristics show that the screening coal body makes the screen structure undergo enhanced vibration under the action of additional random vibration,and the structural strain increases by 14.79%,which improves the possibility of structural damage.Aiming at the new random vibration,the collected vibration signal is analyzed by stationarity test.The results show that the random vibration of the vibrating screen is stable.
