SLon立环脉动磁选机转环传动系统优化设计及应用

摘要 为了提高传统磁选机的传动性能,针对传统磁选机采用减速器与电机通过皮带和皮带轮连接传动,该种传动方式存在占地面积较大、传动效率低等问题,通过采用减速器与电机一体式连接方式,以SLon-2000立环脉动高梯度磁选机为例,对其关键部件转环转动系统、减速机架及周边相关零部件进行了优化设计。现场实例应用结果表明,优化后的SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机的转环传动系统,不但提高了传动效率,而且节约了制造成本,在同类矿山具有推广应用价值。 In order to improve the transmission performance of the traditional magnetic separator,the traditional magnetic separator adopts the reducer and the motor through the belt and the belt wheel connection transmission,which has the problems of large area and low transmission efficiency.By adopting the integrated connection mode of the reducer and the motor,taking the SLon-2000 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator as an example,the key components of the rotating ring rotation system,the reducer frame and the surrounding related parts are optimized.The application results of field examples show that the optimized rotating ring transmission system of SLon vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator not only improves the transmission efficiency,but also saves the manufacturing cost,which has the value of popularization and application in similar mines.
