Xibaipo is the very starting place where CPC leave for Beijing to take the test of new power after accumulation of abundant successful revolutionary practices that have eventually grown to be Xibaipo spirit.Xibaipo spirit has been developed out of two unique regional and historical conditions.The CPC has implemented policies to earn an extensive firm support of the mass.The writer of this paper attempts to explicate the enterprising,pioneering,democratic and scientific connotations of Xibaipo spirit as spiritual treasures for CPC on the new march.
