保利天环花园超限工程结构设计

摘要 保利天环花园为超高层住宅项目,因存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则的超限工程结构设计,采用SATWE和MIDASBUILDING进行小震、中震及大震等分析,查找结构薄弱部位并予以加强。对局部转换构件和架空层剪力墙进行专项分析,综合探究结构的整体受力性能,对相关部位采取加强措施,使建筑结构合理、安全和美观。 Poly Tianhuan Huayuan is a super high-rise residential project.Due to the over-limit engineering structure design with irregular torsion and convex and convex,SATWE and MIDAS BUILDING were used to analyze small,medium and large earthquakes to find out the weak parts of the structure and strengthen them.Special analysis is carried out on the local transfer members and the overhead shear wall,the overall mechanical performance of the structure is comprehensively explored,and the relevant parts are strengthened to make the building structurereasonable,safeand beautiful.
