幕墙开启扇锁点安全的理论分析与实现

摘要 幕墙开启扇锁点的理论分析包含锁点荷载和锁点承载力的取值分析,而锁点安全的实现需要同时保证锁点荷载和承载力的取值理论假设能够被实践。论文指出,通过对开启扇整体建模分析,充分考虑杆件的计算模型对锁点荷载的影响,可以求得最真实的锁点荷载;通过对锁点材质、厚度、截面的材料力学理论分析,以及与试验数据的对比,可以选取合适的锁点承载力取值;通过可操作、有效的方法检测锁点实际安装是否符合理论分析的假设,可以最终保证幕墙开启扇锁点的安全。 The theoretical analysis on the locking point of the curtain wall operable windows includes the value analysis of the load and the bearing capacity of the locking point.The realization of locking point safety needs to ensure that the theoretical assumptions of the value of locking point load and bearing capacity can be practiced.The influence of the deformation ofthe bar on the locking point load is fully considered by the overall modeling analysis ofthe operable windows.Therefore,we can obtain the most real locking point load;Comparing with the test data,the appropriate value of the bearing capacity of the locking point can be selected by analyzing the material mechanics theory of the material,thickness and section ofthe locking point,through an operable and effective method to detect whether the actual installation ofthe locking point conforms to the assumptions oftheoretical analysis,the safetyofthe curtain wall operable windows locking point is finally realized.
