Research and Analysis on the Reliability of Power Supply of Southern Power Grid in Distribution Network Dispatching

研究了配网调度中的南方电网供电可靠性,分析了现有配网调度管理体系存在的主要问题,并从集约化、精细化管理的角度出发,提出了管理模式的优化调整策略,同时,针对配网调度的两大核心业务展开探讨,力求提高预安排停电管理和运行故障停电管理水平,通过科学干预和及时抢修,解决复杂运行环境下的供电问题,提高配网调度工作的质量和效率。

The paper studied the power supply reliability of the Southern Power Grid in distribution network scheduling,analyzed the main problems existing in the existing distribution network scheduling management system,and proposed optimization and adjustment strategies for management modes from the perspective of intensive and refined management.At the same time,it explored the two core businesses of distribution network scheduling,striving to improve the level of pre arranged power outage management and operational fault power outage management through scientific intervention and timely repair,solve power supply problems in complex operating environments and improve the quality and efficiency of distribution network scheduling work.
