以医疗、教育建筑为例,以设计流程为主线,剖析了EPC项目各个设计环节中电气设计的注意事项,提出可研阶段把握设备参数的编写,设计阶段与造价专业配合、避免漏项,以及在电气设计过程中节省造价,施工服务过程中处理各方的修改意见等建议,并用项目实例介绍了配电房的选址对项目造价的影响,提出了配电房“小容量、多布点”的设计理念。

This paper takes medical and educational buildings as examples,takes the design process as the main line,and analyzes the precautions ofelectrical design in each design link ofEPC projects,and gives personal suggestions on how to grasp the preparation ofequipment parameters in the feasibility study stage,how to cooperate with the cost specialty in the design stage,how to avoid missing items,how to save the cost in the electrical design process,and how to deal with the revision opinions of all parties in the construction service process,and introduces the influence ofthe location ofpower distribution room on the project cost with project examples,and puts forward the design concept of"small capacity and multiple distribution points"for power distribution room.
