摘要
针对高层建筑在防火能力、设施配置、内部管理与外部保障等方面存在的消防安全隐患,引入韧性城市理论建立消防安全韧性评估模型及评价指标体系。根据建筑消防安全评估结果,提出一种基于Web平台的消防安全监控系统设计方案,分别围绕消防设备监控、防火设施调度、火灾预警推送、外部保障管理及监控统计分析5个层面实现隐患治理与防火监督功能,最终证明系统可靠性与运行性能均符合要求。
Aiming at thehidden dangersoffire safety inhigh-risebuildings,such asfireprevention capability,facility configuration,internal management and external guarantee,this paper introduces the theory of tough city to establish the fire safety and toughness evaluation model and evaluation index system.According to the evaluation results of building fire safety,a design scheme of fire safety monitoring system based on Web platform is proposed,which realizes hidden danger management and fire supervision functions around five levels:fire equipment monitoring,fire prevention facilities scheduling,fire early warning push,external security management and monitoring statistical analysis.Finally,it proves that the reliability and operational performance ofthe system meet the requirements,providing reference for fire supervision of similarhigh-risebuildings.
