摘要
装配式结构的设计合理性对建筑的施工效率、安装质量、建筑外观效果,以及后续的施工维护有一定程度的影响。论文研究了大悬挑钢结构超大铝拉网板块装配式幕墙的设计,分析了大悬挑钢结构的沉降变形控制、超大铝拉网的平整度控制、吊顶铝拉网系统的选配、吊顶铝拉网系统如何安装,并就工程中遇到的关键问题进行总结分析。
The rationality of prefabricated structure design has a certain degree of impact on the construction efficiency,installation quality,building appearance effect,and subsequent construction and maintenance of the building.The paper studied the design technology of prefabricated curtain walls with super large aluminum mesh plates on large cantilever steel structures,analyzed the settlement deformation control of large cantilever steel structures,the flatness control of super large aluminum mesh,the selection of suspended aluminum mesh systems,and how to instal the suspended aluminum mesh systems,and summarizes and analyzes several key issues encountered in the project.
