摘要
基于工程实例分析施工场地的地貌类型与水文地质条件,采用超前大管棚+超前小导管的组合方案实行隧道洞口段支护作业,围绕初期支护、喷锚混凝土、导坑开挖、仰拱施工与二次衬砌等施工工序,梳理基于CD法的现场开挖作业要点,并引入EVA泡沫减震材料与断面收敛、拱顶下沉监测等技术措施,完成施工质量验收。
Based on engineering examples,the landform types and hydrogeological conditions of the construction site are analyzed,and the combined scheme of advanced large pipe shed and advanced small pipe is adopted to carry out the tunnel entrance support operation.Around the construction procedures such as initial support,shotcrete,pilot tunnel excavation,inverted arch construction and secondary lining,the key points of on-site excavation operation based on CD method are sorted out,and technologies such as EVA foam damping material,cross-section convergence and vault subsidence monitoring are introduced.
