应用于弧形拱板拼装式钢结构主龙骨支撑体系的施工技术研究

摘要 阐述了一种应用于拱形钢筋混凝土顶板高支模的施工技术,为保证顶板施工弧度与设计一致,结合现场便于制作和现有支撑体系,在确保满足施工安全要求的前提下,设计了一种拼装式钢结构主龙骨与轮扣式支撑体系相结合的模板支架,通过本施工技术的应用,不仅保证了弧形拱板的施工质量,同时也加快了支撑体系的搭设效率。 This paper describes a kind of construction technology applied to arch reinforced concrete roof with high support form.In order to ensure that the construction arc of the roofis consistent with the design,combined with the convenient production of the site and the existing support system,under the premise of ensuring that the construction safety requirements are met,a template bracket combining the main keel of the assembled steel structure and the wheel buckle support system is designed.It not only ensures the construction quality ofthe arc arch plate,but also speeds up the construction efficiency ofthe support system.
