摘要
针对水利工程信息化建设过程中存在的信息资源相对短缺、信息共享难度较大、信息基础较为薄弱等问题,基于实景三维GIS技术的智慧水利平台系统建设的实例,对信息技术的具体应用方式进行说明。介绍信息技术应用于水利工程建设管理的目标,阐述由水引发的问题以及水利信息化发展的必要性,总结基于信息技术的水利工程建设管理主要任务。结果显示,水利工程建设质量得到提升,管理更全面且更精细化,实现了水利资源的共享应用。
In view of the problems such as the relative shortage of information resources,the difficulty of information sharing and the weakness of information foundation in the process of water conservancy project information construction,the concrete application of information technology is explained based on the example ofthe construction ofintelligent water conservancy platform system based on 3D GIS technology.This paper introduces the objective of applying information technology to water conservancy project construction management,expounds the problems caused by water conservancy and the necessity of water conservancy information development,and summarizes the main tasks of water conservancy project construction management based on information technology.The results show that the construction quality of water conservancy projects has been improved,the management is more comprehensive and more refined,and the shared application ofwaterresourceshasbeenrealized.
