隧道工程中的机电施工信息化管理

摘要 隧道的机电工程可以有效突破传统以人工监测机电施工进度、施工质量、保障施工安全的管理模式,实现对隧道内施工作业以及后期投运时车辆通行的全天候、全过程监管。论文在对隧道工程中的机电施工内容、施工特点以及施工现状进行分析的基础上,提出引入信息化管理方法,对机电设备安装施工与后期运维管理过程进行全过程跟踪与监控,对机电施工现场人员、环境等进行动态监管,将监管数据接入BIM平台中,实现以人为抓手的机电施工质量与施工进度同步管理的新模式。 The mechanical and electrical engineering of the tunnel can effectively overcome the traditional management mode of manual monitoring of mechanical and electrical construction progress,construction quality and construction safety,and realize all-weather and whole-process supervision of the construction work in the tunnel and the vehicle passing during the later period of operation.Based on the analysis ofthe content,characteristics and status quo ofelectromechanical construction in tunnel engineering,this paper proposes to introduce information management method,track and monitor the whole process of electromechanical equipment installation,construction and late operation and maintenance management,conduct dynamic supervision on the personnel and environment of electromechanical construction site,and connect supervisory data to the BIM platform to realize a new mode of simultaneous management of mechanical and electrical construction quality and construction schedule based on human grasp.
